That the Bible, made up of sixty-six books, is verbally inspired of God, inerrant and infallible, and is the final authority in faith and conduct.
In a Triune God, eternally existent in three co-equal persons: God the Father; God the Son, Jesus Christ; and God the Holy Spirit.
In the Deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal and physical return.
That man was created in the image of God, but that through sin, he brought upon himself not only physical death, but also spiritual death, which is separation from God; that all human beings by physical birth possess a sinful nature and are therefore actual sinners in thought, word and deed; and that man as such, is condemned to hell and utterly unable to remedy his lost condition by himself.
That the salvation of lost and sinful man is a free gift of God's grace apart from works, based solely upon Christ's vicarious and atoning death, effected by the regenerating work of the Holy Spirit, and received by trusting in Christ's finished work on the cross.
In the resurrection of both the saved and the lost -- they that are saved to the resurrection of life, and they that are lost to the resurrection of damnation.
In the spiritual relationship of all believers in the Lord Jesus Christ, living a life of righteous works, separated from the world, and witnessing of His saving grace through the ministry of the Holy Spirit.
"All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness; that the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works." II Timothy 3:16, 17
How can you be sure you're going to Heaven?
Realize that your goodness will not get you into Heaven. (Isaiah 64:6 "But we are all as an unclean thing, and our righteousness are as filthy rags.")
Our uncleanness (sins) separate us from God. (Isaiah 59:2 "But your iniquities have separated between you and your God...")
This separation will last into eternity if our sins are not forgiven. (Romans 6:23 "For the wages of sin is death..." and Revelation 20:14 "And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire, this is the second death.") We all owe death and hell for our sins.
Romans 5:8 "But God commendeth His love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." Jesus was born to die for
our sin. Isaiah 53:10 "For He shall bear their iniquities..." Matthew 1:21 "...He shall save His people from their sins."
To be sure you are on your way to Heaven, simply acknowledge your sins to God and ask Jesus to save you. Romans 10:9 "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved." Isaiah 57:13 says "...he that putteth his trust in me shall possess the land and shall inherit my holy mountain."
