This message is based off of the testimony of the Apostle Paul, in a practical message titled, “What Paul Did When Trouble Came.” Acts chapter 27 & verse 14 tells us about a great storm that Paul went through while he was a prisoner on a ship bound for Rome. Today’s program will be digging deeply into how Paul handled this major obstacle in his life & how we can use these principles to navigate through the storms in our own lives.                                       Today, Pastor Allan’s message was an attempt to teach us how we can handle the trouble in our lives by what is found in God’s Word. You see the Lord used the Apostle Paul as an example to show us what to do in difficult times. Paul’s testimony was that during the great storm called Euroclydon he did 5 things. He spent time alone with God, .he relied upon the Lord’s presence, he believed God’s promises, he counted his blessings, & he got rid of excess baggage. Now, if we can follow Paul’s lead, then we can rest assured that we will weather any storm that comes our way. 
                                      
                                      Understand though, that these promises are for God’s children. If you are not sure of your relationship to Christ then let’s settle it now. All that you have to do is ask Jesus to come into your heart & save you. This way you can fully know 100% that you are saved & that you will go to Heaven.

                                      If you’re not sure how to pray, feel free to pray along with me right where you are, at this exact moment…Dear God, I am a sinner & I need forgiveness. I believe that Jesus Christ shed His blood & died for my sin. I am willing to turn from my rebellious ways, & invite Christ to come into my heart to become my own personal Lord & Savior.
